My Fees

In addition to representing lawyers and applicants in my career, a percentage of my practice at Smith, Tozian, Daniel & Davis was in family law. I often told clients: the last person you want to be paying is the lawyer. Put money in your children’s college accounts, pay down debt, or take a trip somewhere. The less time of mine you have to pay for, the better.

 

That remains true. It is my goal to guide you through your matter as efficiently as possible. My initial consultation is free. I will work with you to establish a payment solution that works for you.
